Copper Beech start Christmas with Carol Singing

This week, Copper Beech visited Northiam Village Hall to sing carols to the Over 60s. The members thoroughly enjoyed the performance and the children loved chatting to them afterwards.

In English we are continuing our work on information texts and the children researched the Austrian city of Innsbruck in readiness for writing their own tourist booklet.

In Maths, the Year 6's tackled long division which was a huge challenge for them all, but they valiantly rose to it and all succeeded. Well done, Year 6's, for persevering!

In Computing we have been writing and decoding language from binary code. We will explore how to write messages to each other that need to be decoded.
